Server Update

Posted on Tuesday, February 13th, 2007 at 5:28 pm · filed under News

We’ve been having a bit of down time the past month or two, and the reason is that we are now moved over to a new server. The new server is a IBM x335 with 2 Intel Xeon 2.40 GHz processors and 4 gigs of ram. It also has 2 hot swap drives that are configured as a mirrored raid, this way if one drive dies then I still have the other. As you can see, the UPS is beneath the server and both my modem and router are on top. I have put everything in one area so that only those items use the UPS.
