“Retail giant Wal-Mart fired an employee Monday for eavesdropping on phone calls and intercepting text messages between the company’s media-relations staff and a New York Times reporter.” From what I know, they enforce these laws pretty harshly. Some things are just not meant to be used in places like that. (Source)
